if you want a easy way to take the double sided tape off you can buy a 3m rubber wheel that attaches to a drill. You can get it at most bodyshop supply stores for about $20. With the wheel it takes a matter of minutes to get the tape off, rather then a few hours (and as long as your car isnt freshly painted, it wont harm the paint).
