Door Armrest Cover

My 2013 CX-5 has a light color on the interior door armrest. The area around the handle to close the door is getting dirty. Does any one know of a cover or protector for this?

In 2014 Mazda changed the upholstery in this area to vinyl. Same can be done by your local upholstery shop for $100 or so.
