Don't ever trust Mazda Stealerships...specially in VA

After I had my tire and springs put in I took it to the dealership figuring they will do a good job. A week or two go by and I didn't get a chance to open up my car on the road, cuz of the snow.I was driving the other day and I notice the steering wheel is slightly tilted to the left. I thought maybe it is my thinking or the road so I let it go. But second week in driving it seems to be quite noticable. I took it to the dealership again to get it checked out. I first asked him about availibility for an early service ...the guy goes 'come on in we'll getcha done in an hour' I leave my car there and go to work expecting it done in an hour. He calls me up and says, 'did I lower my car since I got my alignment done'.......I was like what, I got my car aligned cuz I changed my tires and put lowering springs in.....why would I do it the other way(doh) It had been a good two hours now and he calls me up to say this. Then he puts me on hold and chats with his buddys and says he'll call me back. Calls me back a couple of minutes later and says my tire has radial pull:rolleyes: . I was like why didn't you tell me this when I got my alignment done the first time(chair). No answer, just, u got radial pull on one of your tires. I said whatever just give me my car back. I picked up my car and checked my mileage and they had put 9miles(beer) on it since I left it with them. Now tell me why would anyone trust these stealerships. Don't get the job done and they take joyrides with customers cars.

Its possible they took it out for a ride to see what was wrong... but 9miles is kind of far.

Radial pull is when there is noncofomity in the tread that causes the tire to pull in a different direction then wanted. Hence if the right tire has this issue your steering wheel will tilt or pull to the right or if your left tire has this problem your steering wheel will tilt or pull to the left. Well.... at least that is what the mechanic told me. Personally, I think they did not check the car after they did an alignment last time and don't want to go through the process of doing it again. They didn't even switch tires to see if it is radial pull. Which is usually the method to test if you have radial pull, they instead took a joy ride in my car...yes I would think that 9miles is not that much but they didn't do squat to resolve the issue, as in tire swapping. I could tell they didn't want to do their job the momment I dropped my car off. More interested in my setup.

yeah they suck, big time. I don't go there even though it's like 2 miles from where I live.

I go to Brown's Fairfax Mazda to get stuff done nowadays, They've been pretty good to me thus far *crosses fingers*
