They will be in Wonderland forever if they keep doing things the way they are doing now. I'll make sure they are in the hole as long as there is something not right about my car.
I am not a hot-temper or a real mean person, I never be rude to anybody. I think a lot of other Protege owner in the Seattle area who met me can prove that. But these guys manage to piss me off somehow. It's time to show them what does it really means by "pain in the ass." I have all the time I want to play this game with them.

Anyone know any other forum like ours that the Ford owners go to? Maybe an online Focus club or Mustang club? I want to warn other guys about this particular dealer/shop.

Are you going to report them to the Better Business Bureau? Or maybe you should contact Mazda National (although not sure if they would care since it's still technically a Ford place)...but I've heard if you have a bad experience with a Mazda dealership Mazda NA will send someone out and lay the smack down on their asses.

I will give them this one final chance. If they don't fix everything (window tinting, hatch struts, the gap...) this time or finish it before 1st of Dec, I will report them for sure.

Damn man... I take it the result of your last visit was "yea, we'll try to work on it"??? LMK if/when you might need another car there for backup. I should be able to swing by, just had abit of a rush last week, sorry boutthat. I'll prob be heading over this coming weekend if you wanna atleast check for comparison or something.

Thanks man! I think they are still waiting for the parts for the rear hatch struts. I will probably call them again tomorrow to see if they have "place the order" or not at all.

One sure need to be patient to some retarted people.

Finally Finally
I got my baby back from the body shop.
They fixed everything this time and adjusted the rear hatch and tail lights.
The gaps bettwen the hatch and the tail lights aren't as wide as before the adjustment, but I can still see the difference. It's a little bit wider than before the crash (1/4 inch) but I guess I will have to settle for this imperfection here.

I never ever want to go back to that fu<ked up="" so-called="" body="" shop="" again="">
I took my car there on 9/14 and today is 11/18. That means 10 weeks for this repair, go figure. They didn't call me to pick up my car at all even it was done. I basically had to get there every single day to check on the progress.
And this evening when I was there to pick up my car, I saw this old lady there waiting to pick up her car too. Then a guy (the same lazy SOB who handle my case) came to her and told her that her car is not ready. I saw the frustration on the lady's face cause that was her only car and she took the bus and spent an hour to get to that body shop. I totally understand how she felt. Nobody called her to tell her that her car wasn't ready and the guy told her to come again tomorrow.
I guess these guys simply doesn't like to let their customers know if their cars are ready or not.

I am glad I can put this horrible experience behind me once and for all.(jerkit)
By the way, thanks for everyone's help and input to this topic! Have been very helpful! I love this place and I love you guys!!

wow FINALLY! I'd report them to the BBB...
I did went to BBB homepage. I am not entirely sure how I can report them cause this is not really like an issue that can't be settled between me and the body shop and they said on the homepage they recommend we try to settle it before reporting to them. Can I still report them under my current situation?

yeah you can file a customer service complaint I think. are you seeking anything? like, maybe some cash back since it took them so long? I guess it really only makes sense to file a complaint if you're seeking some sort of reparation or settlement. Otherwise just tell all your friends not to go there and post it on craigslist or something. I'm glad I read this thread...

Then I think I will go file a customer service complaint for sure.
