They will be in Wonderland forever if they keep doing things the way they are doing now. I will give them this one final chance. Thanks man! I think they are still waiting for the parts for the rear hatch struts. I did went to BBB homepage. I am not entirely sure how I can report them cause this is not really like an issue that can't be settled between me and the body shop and they said on the homepage they recommend we try to settle it before reporting to them.
