does the msp forge bpv whoosh ping like the ms3

so im having issues with the ms3 forge bpv I have on my car and was thinking cutting off the flange and just using the nipples on the cold pipe and intake pipe to connect to the forge bpv made for the car but I like the whoosh ping i get. does the msp forge do the same? also, what size are inlet/outlet on it? if its a direct replacement for stock wouldnt it be too small for the bigger nipples on the pipes right?

it is a exact replica of the stock bpv, except metal.

3/4 in inlets and outlets.

going by your mods, you'll get nothing but turkey with the OEM replacement.
i have a catback, an injen, and the forge, i get about a half second of "soda bottle opening" and then the gobbles when i shift at full boost.
