once again,im a total noob as ive worked with nothing but mustangs and couple trucks my whole life, but going catless make a huge difference with these MSP's?? and do you HAVE TO HAVE a fuel/ignition tuner? never knew there would be this much to a lil 4 banger but im loving this car lol :-p(headbang)

not sure about there bein a huge difference removing the cats but you should notice something. you really dont have to have anything but it all depends how far you want to push the car. what are you're plans.

how much of an increase are you looking for?

removing the cats will net a minor gain, but realistically you will need to redo the entire system for maximum gains.

look into a catless 3" turboback system with a nice downpipe if you have the time/cash, or you can bring it to a local exhaust shop and have them build one from scratch. Depending on the materials and size of piping and quality of flex pies/hangers/flanges/muffler/welding expect to pay $500-$1500 for the system and you should get 10-25whp on a "stock motor with bolt ons" kind of setup depending on what other mods you have installed, what you are using for tuning and what psi level you are running.
