I was just wondering if you have pix of your stick black leather interior. What do the doors look like? Is the fabric on the doors black leather also, or what does it look like?
THANKS

it looks real good, are you looking to maybe purchase the stock leather seats? If so, I'm thinking about selling mine. They have 8K miles on them and side air bags. Let me know if you're interested.

I'm looking at the maybe getting the stock leather seats. Side airbags though?

I have them too! Love the smell and the preforated surfaces feel nice and grippy in turns. I think the seats are more comfortable than my wife's cloth ones.

I always liked them. How often do you clean your seats? Do you prefer your leather seats look shiny or not at all?

As much as I love leather seats, I hate to tell you but unless you race naked a cloth seat is more gripping than leather in the turns. The exception is the suede seats like in the 2003 civic si made by recarro. But when it comes to comfort, there is nothing like the feel of leather.

Also don't use armor all on your leather, or any where else on your car for that matter, it dries out the vynil and leather. Use stuff without alchohol in it.

I haven't thought about how much I want for them yet. I know the air bags will make them kinda expensive though. I like the look and feel of the leather, but I tend to drive 8/10's everywhere and the leather won't hold you in place well. Let me think about how much I need for the seats to get my new seats and I can go from there. If anyone wants to PM me an offer, feel free to. Right now I'm only gauging intrest in the seats to see if it'll be worth it to switch over.

Isn't there a sensor in the door for the side air bags to deploy on impact? If so, I would guess that the air bags would be useless if you put them in a car that didn't have them installed from the factory.

Someone who knows more about this please comment.

Does anyone know if the leather for the door can be purchased separately? The wanna-be suede isn't looking too good after 10k miles.

I have the black leather and love it! The leather in these cars is way better than leather in domestic cars!

I have black leather seats with a white exterior. I think it makes the P5 look a lot better then having those clothe seats. The car has 15,000 miles, and the leather still looks great.
