DIY Injector cleaning?

Would Gasoline be a strong enough solvent to clean injectors?

tee hee, gasoline runs through injectors silly, thats what got them dirty in the first place. +1 for seafoam, prob you best bet except for getting a new set or sending yours out to be cleaned.

I have a set that will be going on, in the future, but I wanted to clean them myself. I wasn't worried about the flow testing but maybe I should have been.

id flow test, im working with a stuck injector right now and its a pain in the ass. deff gonna get it serviced though

Check with Lethal Injection or Top Speed, they both have shops that work there injectors. Lethal Injection is a great shop, hope this helps

hah speak of the devil, he just called me back. pulling them tomorrow and theyll be on their way

alright so i just pulled my injectors, and right beforehand i pulled the pump relay fuse to supposidly get all the fuel out of the system, so i did that and tried to start, no dice, it turned over but wouldnt start.. alrighty so that means there was no pressure already in the system, the manual says that its supposed to turn on then die, and you turn it over a few more times to get all the fuel out. well this is a good sign that my stuck fuel injector problem is correct but im still iffy, the injectors exterior doesnt look all that bad, is there any other way i can tell? i tried blowing through and got nothing, but again maybe im not blowing with as mch pressure as the fuel system?
