Sheesh guys this one's EASY!!! The total electricals necessary to run the "wiper motor off while spraying the intercooler" would cost maybe $12 if you include a fancy $10 switch... just need a length of wire and a switch:
1) Find the power wire to the wiper motor
2) Cut said power wire, splice in a couple feet of decent gauge wire (using the same color gets major props)
3) Run the now-extended power into the passenger compartment and attach it to a toggle switch. What the heck, be fancy and use one of those "covered" switches with the flip cover. Position it such that the switch is "on" (completes the circuit) when the cover is down, and can only be switched to "break" the circuit after the cover has been flipped up..
4) Run a wire from the OTHER terminal of the switch back to the cut wire near the wiper motor.
THAT'S IT! That way, leaving the switch cover down (switch in the "completed circuit" mode) means the wipers work normally. Flipping the cover up and turning the switch "on" (meaning breaking the wiper motor circuit) turns "on" the intercooler spray and turns off the wipers.
If'n you want to get REALLY fancy, hook up a soleniod valve so the same switch also diverts the fluid...
Oh - using the back left (passenger side) of the engine compartment for a water bottle/sprayer may be counter-productive - that's where the exhaust heat will be hottest. Better place to mount would be where the cone filter goes on a CAI, or on the other side... somewhere outside the heated zone.
Ironically, for the same reason that would be the best place to mount the washer fluid bottle to install headlight washers... that's another project on my list...
