discounts on group auto insurance

I heard through another forum that since an organization is over 2000 members that it could be considered national. This board has 7000+ members. Any national car club could receive group insurance discounts such as the auto club of America:

Is there any chance that the Mazda forums would turn into a national car club?

If it does, then what steps would need to be taken to obtain group insurance discounts?
