Disable "Information Sharing" on Nav?

Anybody know how to get rid of the question each time I choose the Nav function??? Whether I choose yes or no, it keeps re-appearing.

It's in the settings, I was just reconfiguring ours yesterday after the dealership did a "software update" that friggin erased all my settings. I don't remember exactly which one but it asks if you would like to enable information sharing and I pressed no. Go through all settings menus and try advanced also. I went through and customized everything yesterday. Had to find my own icon that I created luckily I had everything backed up on my pc
