Disable daytime running lights?

When the car is not moving, it works as expected. All parking lights and the halos are on.

When the car starts moving, the headlights come on...

I would like to stress that is not the "headlights". It's just the DRL lamp. In my opinion, headlight is a bit vague, it could mean any lamp lit on the front of the car. Nobody knows if it's the drl lamp, the low beam, high beam...

Right. From 2017-up the only difference is when "headlights" are on, the bulb gets some 10-20% brighter.

Do the cooling fans operate when DRL’s are on?

I would assume so.

My main objective is to NOT have cooling fans on in daylight.
