For only ~$10 more I would definitely go with the HKS. That way if you want to sell it one day down the road you won't get the ppl hesitant about buying a chinese knock-off of the HKS. I personally have the RKM V1 and if the HKS was around at only $10 more I would definitely gone with the HKS. Hope this helps.

actually the price of the RKM is a COMPLETE kit whereas the other is just the BOV itself. You would have to buy the adapter flange separately. As far as being a "knockoff", I've heard they were made in the same factory just one isn't considered a "brand name".

Go with the HKS, they are getting rarer and rarer as they have been discontinued with no replacement slated for production
