Diet and Exercise Questions!


absolutely crazy workouts...

I know you said you didn't want to join a gym, but this would be a little different IMO.

My experience in Crossfit has shown me a workout that never stays the same, uses functional movements and engages the core in almost all we do. Plus there is a sense of community vs musclehead gyms.

For Dieting, I've recently started "The Zone" per the recommendation of a friend. I eat 30% of my calories from protien, 40% from carbs and 30% from fats.... I feel better than I have in years. PM me and I'll answer any questions about either.
