Before anyone asks, YES, I did do a search but most of the results were old. I've got it in my head that I REALLY want a diecast metal P5 for Christmas. Google searches and ebay seaches turned up nothing so I figured I'd ask the experts

1. Do they exist?

2. Where can I find them?

3. How much can I expect to pay?

Thanks!

Thank for the frank response. I'm a little sadder now but I don't have to go crazy looking anymore.

I bought a hot wheels car that looks alot like a p5 its called audacious found it one day on ebay.

I feel your pain..lol I know many of us here have searched but sadly nothing exists. :(

I hate to say it but the P5 isn't any more interesting than any other common car on the road. Although a very cool car, if I may say so myself, it just doesn't have a big enough fan base like Hondas do. Finding a model of one would be just as easy as finding one of a Kia Rio.

I know. I was just hoping beyond hope that in some factory, somewhere in China, there was a 1/18 scale P5 just waiting for me to find it. But I guess not.

funny you should say that, I was at hobbytown use and they had a model of a kia spectra and I was amazed.....a kia spectra, but I can't find anything for a protege......

when I owned my Jeep cherokee, i figured, you know, after making THE EXACT SAME BODY STYLE for nearly 20 years, they'd have an actual diecast of the thing. Nope. Had afew matchbox cars, but, nada!

Sucks that my next vehichle doesn't have a diecast of it either. My first car, 74 caprice classic had one! Can't buy it anymore. My granddad owns one he painted up to match perfectly.

Yes, they do exist. I have one from the micro machine collection. The car does not go by protege5...try 'Audacious'.

Thats not fair right there! I'm telling you, if you look hard enough, you can find a diecast model of the most obscure and boring cars...but no P5!
