Maybe I'm not the first one to notice, but I thought it was sort of a cool "feature" for those who might not hear the "your lights are on, dumbass" tone when you exit the car.

Yes, it's also documented in the seldom-read owner's manual, and it's actually 30 seconds.

Yep- my 03 did it as well.. just a basic feature on the 6's.

I just wish there was no headlight alarm. I leave my lights on knowing that they will go off after 30 seconds, and wish it didn't scream at me the whole time.
