Denso Iridium ITV20 or ITV22 Spark Plugs

2007 Cosmic Blue Mazdaspeed 3 GT
Does anyone recommend using the Denso Iridium ITV20 Spark plugs with stock heat range?

Or should I just go with the step colder ITV22's?

No need to really go with the step colder unless you're doing something to increase your cylinder temps like upping the boost.
