Dealership warning

First of all I am not going to outright bash the particular dealership in question, there sales department was great, but there service needs alot of work. I am just trying to give some of my fellow speed3 owners in the Houston area some warning where as not to take your vehicle for service. I can't believe the lack of knowledge that they have on this vehicle and there customer service is bad. If you want to know who and why then pm me.

where did you go btw? dont worry about bashing here. knowledge is power.

im from houston and would always take my msp and mp3 to clear lake mazda. theres a tech on here thats pretty good that works there. i recommend them alot as i was always modded when going in and never had issues. ive heard nightmares with some of the west side dealers.

Joe Myers was horrible service when I was just BUYING my car.
They told us it would be detailed and ready to go at 8 in the morning. We were late, (IHOP is sooooo good), we got there around 10... and they hadn't even started cleaning it yet...
I was pissed
 
yeah i dont like those guys so much. i remember talking to them about a titanium msp long back before i got my blue. the one they had wasn't taken care of very well and they thought it was a jewel
