Dealer sold me a cold air intake for my ms3.

I just picked up a cold air intake for my ms3 from the local dealer. It is the same one for the regular Mazda 3. I guess from what I am reading on this forum, I just got it stuck to me. I will see if it fits at the weekend. If it doesnt then Ill be sticking it to them.

think it was 345 after tax. the guy gave me a little off full price. go to the mazda website the mazdaspeed for the after market products.

There are no Mazdaspeed parts ready for the MS3. Next time ask us first. Individually, we may not be that bright, but collectively we know all. More than your dealer anyway. Get your money back and don't even try installing. After you get your refund, let them know you'll be buying the CAI elsewhere when it's ready from someone who knows what they're talking about.

I apologize for what I said, I have seen one for the ms6, I was not able to source one for the ms3. I would take it back as soon as you can.

i think the say with the CAI and the cat back exhaust you gain 30+- HP******pretty nice.

If it makes you feel any better, I went to the dealer today and they thought if it was a Mazdaspeed part that it would fit the speed3. I had to argue with him and he finally got it. He couldn't find a part number for the CAI for Speed3.

the dealer tried to tell me the intake and exhaust would fit off the regular 3....i didnt think the intake would but after reasearching it looks like the exhaust may work?? anyone have an intake ready for the ms3 yet? thanks for all info, john

I heard Cobb Tuning was in the process of fabing parts for our cars also but for some reason can't find anything on any site about when what parts will be made available. Which really sucks, I want to mod my ms3 (pissed)
