Dealer scratched and dinged my CX7 (McDonald Mazda)

Those bastards. If you have a blog, I suggest you create a story about it and send the link to digg.com, a social networking site, where it would be seen by millions of Internet users. Or maybe to Autoblog. I don't know if you're aware of the story of Ken Tanisaka (dooma350) who had a winning bid of $60,000 for a BMW M3 on eBay and was not honored by the selling dealership, Husker BMW. Well, with the power of the Internet, he got redeemed. Here's the STORY LINK for your reference.

Anyways, don't back out from your quest to get compensation. They need to pay up. Just a suggestion: next time you talk to them, let them know that you're sending a story about their transgressions to Autoblog (www.autoblog.com) and digg (www.digg.com). I will bet that the thought of losing sales will make them consider to make it right. And yes, retain a lawyer and make them know that as well.

Pls. update us and I will follow this closely. I'm really excited about the outcome. We will need more concrete details and I will run a story to autoblog myself.

Hang in there buddy. Good luck.

Below is what happened to our CX7 when we brough it in for a the second oil change. The dealer ended up calling me and telling me what happened. It was a pain in the a** but in the end I got to decide where to take the car. They supplied a rental with full insurance and also gave us a $500 credit in the maintence department.

Now, after a couple weeks have gone by, what's the verdict.
Did you get MacDonald to make it right?
Let us know.

scratches, fluid change

Well my Dealer, Robberson Mazda, scratched my drivers door with a 2" by 12 inch scrape one time. They were able to buff it out. Then a 1" by 5" one in the passanger door, which is not completely buffed out. Pretty deep. Where do they come from? Probably other customers opening doors into mine while parked.
When they changed the ATF, they left so much spilled on components and splash pan it ran out and formed a puddle when i went to pick up!

When they changed antifreeze, they put in 100% even though I asked for 50/50. They then found out the guy mixing the barrels wasn't doing it right! Wonder how many jobs were done with twice the antifreeze needed?

I had oil change at a CA dealer 3 months ago and they left the filter cover and drain plug loose to leak all over!
