Ok so I'm planing on doing a rebuild once the weather gets good what I want to know is should I get dealer or after market parts? I plan on piston rings and valve seals and head gasket possibly rod bearings depending on shape. I don't plan on turboing it any time soon and power isn't a goal right now I just wana know where should I get everything after having a machine shop do the head id like to be in the 700 to 800 area no more than 1000 is it possible to do this with dealer prices? I'm doing the work myself so no labor charges except head work and also add in gaskets for valve cover head and intake
