DashHawk Help Needed!!

So i left my lights on today at work and needed a jump to get started. now my dashhawk lost all the settings i had and does not have the vehicle PID's needed. i went home to update it and reinstall the program but now i cant get the unit connected to my computer. called DashHawk Tech support and was told im screwed because they dont support it anymore. can anybody help me out?

after much computer work i was able to get this figured out. no thanks to MSD though.

it behaves best with XP, you can get it to play with vista 32bit, but its a b****
