Some a$$ at the dealer put 50 miles of hard driving on my other beast with noticeable wear on tires and left me with an empty gas tank.. has been a week and Ive yet to hear back from service manager.... looks like Ill be spending a good amount of time this weekend talking to the BBB and GM... some stealerships just dont give a s*** until it hits their pocketbooks....
Im sure when I call the manager back he is going to try to justify a 50 mile joyride as a necessary extended test drive even AFTER I told them NO MILES ARE TO BE DRIVEN on it...
I sure hope Mazda service isnt as crappy as Chevy service Ive gotten so far... then again the only decent service Ive ever gotten was from Saturn and BMW but I personally knew the service manager at BMW. Toyota, Chevy, Chrysler have all been POS so far....
Only recourse I have now is to hope that GM takes notice and reads the dealer the riot act... at this point a frigin tank of gas is the least they could do.....
Anyways sorry for the rant.... from now on Im having them add a "every mile driven on car without prior written authorization will be reimbursed to customer at $100 a mile" on the service contract (one can always dream they would agree to the clause !)
