bu11dogg2- Your absolutely right. Like if they pulled you over for a busted tail light, and then they search your car and find some weed for example, the weed cannot be admitted into evidence.

ummmmm well no your wrong, as long as the cop tickets him for the initial stop, i.e. exhaust... all other charges will hold up in court,
