I'm not sure why it is, but I believe it is a twin turbo.

That doesn't make sense...there's one on the left side and the right side of engine. If he was trying to get cleaner air he'd just stack two filters. I'm trying to see where the hell it goes but it's really hard from these pics..

I thought twin turbo myself with the other filter, but where would the other one be...and how the hell would that engine spool another turbo besides that gigantic one already?
