Im lookin for a Speed6. Went to drive on yesterday, it was perfect.. had every option available on the GT.. guy wanted 16 for it....
Had to wait til monday to get in touch with my credit union, the guy emailed me an hour after I left his house and told me it was sold.

I was planning to look at one, but the guy sold it that morning to the person looking at it before me. I drove down to San Diego that day, drove my car, had a discussion with the dealership about the problems with it (it had alignment issues originally), they sorted it out and I went back and bought it a few days later.

So, keep looking, there are cars out there but you may have to go a ways to find them. There are 8 available in OH on cars.com right now, that's as good a place as any to start looking, as well as AutoTrader and Craigslist.

I spent like 5 months trying to get my speed 6 and probably looked at almost 25 of them... wasn't an easy buy for me but all worth it in the end when I finally picked mine up and got a good deal .

looked at ones local in california, all the way to a few on the East Coast!!

When i finally found mine, it was 2 hrs away, i dropped everything to jump on it before it sold.

If I could find one, and get it around 13-15k, Id jump on it.. but its tough.. plus Im still tryin to sell my P5 to make it easier.

I was lucky.. i went to a honda dealership looking for a 2010 civic SI. Black with nav (and manual ofcourse) was a must.. then i looked over and saw a 2007 Black Mica MS6 with nav. and I..(omg) and got it for $4k less then i woulda got the civic for.. and it only had 16,500 miles on it.

buddy of mine found 2 of them within like 45 min of him in MD once i mentioned that he should check them out. He looked at the first one thinking that i was yanking his chain about how nice the MS6's are, ended up driving off with it that same day lol. he called me up while test driving it and was all giddy like "omg i need this". bastard makes me want one now myself

No thanks.. Id like to be able to get a loan and insure it.. and you can pretty much throw both out the window.

It takes a LOT of damage to total out a 20k vehicle

This one at cars.com seems like it might work and it's not too far away, same for this one from autotrader.com.

I see a few others that might meet your limits, but they have a lot of miles or are a good distance away from you (not sure how far you want to go). To get a car that fits you're going to have to be patient, or accept more miles on the car, or go a long ways. That's just how it is with something rare. It is likely to get easier in a few months, all warranties are going to expire and 2007s that are under a 3 year lease should be coming back in shortly.

LOL Key, looks like you enjoy just randomly lookin at cars same as I do.
I saw the one in Chicago, but thats low on the list, theres some much closer than that.
Im headed to cincinnati friday for a minivacation and plan on lookin at the one you linked to on autotrader while im down there.

Maybe Ill end up with a new car on the way back up 71..

Yeah, I look once in a while...I got so used to looking for cars that every once in a while I get curious to see if any better deals than I got come up. So far, I'm pretty happy overall...I got a good deal for what I ended up with, at least so far.

Just keep plugging away, eventually you'll see one that you can get to first. Don't pass the opportunity when you see it, grab it as soon as you can. Good luck!

I just got mine in January.. It was a GT sport and had 19,000 miles on it and got it for 14.9
