CX9 Bluetooth Issue

My wife tried importing her phonebook from her BB Storm into the CX9 and it takes forever and fails halfway through,,, all the time.

Check Mazda's site, the Storm is approved and for complete phonebook importing (not single entry importing though)

Mazda worked with my wife (WOW.. could not believe there is really someone to talk to at Mazda about this.. WAY COOL) and they feel it is more likely an issue with the Storm but could be a problem with the nav system


In anycase, I came home and tried my Samsung I760 which is 100 percent approved and it work FAST and perfect. So I feel there is an issue with the storm importing ability.


Anyone else have an issue with the Storm?

Wow, you should be happy. I am not sure phone book transfer is even possible with 2007 and 2008 models. I had to enter by voice one by one.... naturally, I only did the ones I use more often, not all.

You can import address book entries from your phone? I don't think that's an option on the 2008, at least I didn't see it in the manual. I've had to enter them one by one, such an annoying process.
