22" for cx-9

Added some 22 chrome shoes to go with the limo tint.
Gas mileage is a little down but it reads great!

Hey mate,

Just picked up my new CX-9 Luxury (that is what it is called here in Australia) which is the leather interior etc ... "Sparkling Black" is the colour name over here.

I am looking at getting some Black 22".

Yours look great. What about load rating on the tryes? Any issues? What about mileage / wear ?

Also what is the "power lift" ... I don't think we have that as an option over here.

Cheers

The Yokohama's are over rated for what the CX-9 needs.
Specs are here:

Tire wear has been good so far, but they are crap in the snow.
Had to get an alignment to get them correctly riding good, but other then that it rides great.
The power lift is for the rear hatch door. Hit the button and it automatically lifts.

They make the rim I have in a black as well, but I wanted the bling of chrome.

At least you have more room in your garage. When I pull my CX-9 up enough for the garage door to close, my organizing shelfs are in the way. At least the front of my car gets buffed each day, but my pants pay the price.

It is a big 3 car garage. My Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Diesel FX-4 Short bed goes in the middle bay. The nose is 1" from the wall but i can still walk behind it with the doors shut. I can still open the back CX-9 doors all the way and not hit the truck!

Lucky. We actually went to the dealer and measured CX9s to make sure it'd fit in our garage. 80" garage door opening height. Fortunately it's the exact same length as my 92 B2600i, which fits ok.

Great new pics of the sport. What's the white stuff everywhere? ( just kidding), being from Southern California we do not get that. Sometimes wish we did.

My 08' CX9 Touring AWD in Liquid Platinum w/black leather. Only had it for about 3.5 weeks now. Awesome rig (drive2)

Kept that in mind when I placed the filter where it is, Sport. Actually, it's an ideal location and doesn't suck any hot air.

RC, really dig the exhaust tips. Please post some under carriage pics so we can see what you did under there. Also, you wanna be lowered CX-9 crew member #002 (cabpatch)

Nice. The new exhaust looks good. I like the way the stock exhaust looks, but this is a pretty nice aftermarket look. Would love to hear how it sounds. What are th big white "plugs", for lack of a better word, on the intake?
