Ready for the new ski season!

Nice! Getting ready to do the same here in the Pacific NW
I installed a hear hitch which will is connected to a storage unit plus snowboards and love it.
I have the factory roof rack and got the cross bars but it was super load on the highway.

Curious, what roof cross bar did you go with? Any drilling required for the install?

They're the european OEM cross bars, pretty different from the US model.
No drilling required: on the roof there are 4 holes where to put the screws that hold the bars.
I don't usually hold the cross bars on the roof, I only mount them when I need it.
It takes only 5-10 minutes of work.

Appraching 9,000 miles on my CX-5. Here is a photo taken in California. Getting ready to drive it to Vegas next weekend and then will be driving home to Austin and then making the trek to visit friends and family in Waco and Dallas before heading back to Arizona. I love having a comfortable ride for my road trips.

LOVE the red stitching on the steering wheel. Is it an illusion, or does it have the flat bottom like the racing wheels do?

Did you find some coilovers or swaybars? I'm coming from the VW scene, so I need to do these to my CX5. It seems like only BR has some coilovers on the market right now.
