CX-5 chrome window trim

I wish the CX-5 came with chrome window trims like the Mazda 6. I feel this makes the car look a bit more premium.

Anyone here installed after market chrome window trims on CX-5? If so, any recommendations on products, installation etc.?

You bet, I would also like to know where to get this type of trim. O Sure, some people don't like chrome but I do and it's my car. Hope you get an answer.

Really? I don't like it because it scratches easily and man the finger prints show up easily.

I like the textured plastic.

I am sure someone sells a chrome cover.

I agree that it is a matter of personal taste. I have to say the chrome trim on windows and door handles on the Acura TSX Sports Wagon (Accord Euro Tourer outside of US) do make the car look more upmarket when compared with the CX-5 black window trim.

Finger print is never an issue on the chrome trim neither is scracthes. May be some chrome trims are tougher than other.

My 2008 Accord had a chrome trim and we never had any problems with finger prints or scratches. I love the chrome trim + tinted black windows look.
