CX-5 2019 Signature Off-road build

Awesome thanks! I really want to hit up South Padre National Seashore so hope this slight lift well make it possible with the right tires of course.

Something I look forward to visiting too.

I will take my Maxtrax Minis when I do.

They are the only "name" springs I'm aware of that are designed to work with factory suspension components.

Not willing to risk screwing up comfort or control.
From what I’m seeing there, they don’t have them for the CX-5 yet? I’d be interested in these for my CX-9 but it looks like that is also not supported yet.

They do not.

When I asked, they said they will if enough request.

So email them.

@taba2 Did you get to install the tires? I’m wondering what kind of effect would the 235/55 tires give over the stock ones.

Finally installed the wheels and tires a couple weeks ago (pics to follow).

Not surprisingly (given the increased tread width, stiffer sidewalls, and five pounds less weight per corner), it handles significantly better. Like ancolx said, it feels closer to driving a sedan.

Haven't had a chance to take it off pavement yet, but I'm visiting Big Bend State Park/Terlingua next month and looking forward to seeing how it does on the gravel there.

Sorry, finally took a couple.

Wheels and tires are in post #12, @Catch22.

No suspension mods.
