CX-30 Non-Bose Amp Install

So, I recently bought a 2021 CX-30 I was wanting to install my old 12 and amp but I am unsure how to find the speaker harness.

Does anyone know its location? Or even how to get the glovebox out?

I really struggled with that I moved the little arm and tried squeezing the sides and it didn't seem to work.
