just wanted to let everyone know. i got the revised Kartboy boot and it fits great. the thickness of the 3 washers is just enough to keep it right where it needs to be and the length from the throws into first, second and fifth are perfect. no more pulling.
GET THIS BOOT! ESPECIALLY if you have a short shift and the GRAND canyon effect goin on!

Any word on when you will be starting mine? :)

E-mailed this afternoon and PM'd you tonight...I obviously got word back about the kartboy v2 fitting, so I will be making yours this weekend. I'll let you know when it's done!

Received Mine today and I am VERY happy with it. If only I had a car to install it on. Oh well, the transport arrives in a month.

Thanks Delivery_Guy!!!!

Just as a little update for those with orders in...and a self self bump, I'm going tonight to make boots...should get them done tomorrow (Sunday) and shipped Monday.

Have a great weekend.

i got mine a while ago and i just installed it tonight and i have to say it looks great. i highly recommend this to you guys. it looks way better then the stock one. i would definetly buy again from Delivery Guy. bump for a great porduct.

It's a very good product. I love the way it looks. I'm gonna take pics this weekend and post em on here for you guys to see.

Thanks man, I received mine and installed it. Great product!! Anyone who doesn't have one is wrong(silly) Just one suggestion from me though. In your instructions it says to take off the whole center console. This is really unnecessary unless you are being ultra-careful. You can easily take off the two top screws on the boot hold and put it on. Just my opinion on that, but great product. I will look to see if you have a vendor info and review thread, but if you don't you should get one.

Yeah, I have a review thread...but no one posts there :'(

Anyway, glad you all like them...later today I'm hoping to post some pics of new boots I've been working on. They're sick! As for the install directions, I'd rather tell people the "safe" way rather than the easy way and have them screw something up. I do see your point though.

Anyway, keep your eye on this thread for the new boots.

Will this shift boot work with the B&M SS? Seem's noone has brought that up.....

No one with a B&M has bought one from me yet, so I can't guarantee anything, but the stock sized one should fit. You'll need to use the E-clip to hold the boot up though. Let me know if you'd like to be the first to try it.

Yeah I would be interested in getting the yellow stiching w/ the MAZDASPEED on it. Would be cool. It's $45 right?

That's right, you can use the first post to order...just set the options you want and type in the text.

Thanks for the interest.

I posted the pic in the review section but it doesn't look like anyone looks there. So here is the pic with a kartboy s/s and stock knob.

Camera died as I took the pic so its got a red glow to it... I'll get a better one later.

Small update. Found out that all the kartboy shifters are the same height. So there isn't any problem for any of the P5/MP3 crowd if you're interested. Updated the first post to reflect this.
