Anybody with a custom downpipe please post up pics and what was involved in getting it done and power gains...I'll be doing this pretty soon nd would like to see some examples to make it easier for me...thanks

If it's "custom" everyones is gonna be slightly different depending on the position of the turbo. If you're going the custom route it's pretty much up to the fabricator, just no sharp bends if possible,3" will be sorta tight,2.5" should be easy. What's your set up?

Stock turbo header and down pipe to a custom 2.5 straight pipe exhaust....the guy that did my exhaust said its imposible to make me a 2.5 downpipe it would never fit we had a long argument about it lol but I'll never go back to him for exhaust work

you should go to Pope's website just to show him the pictures that if a 3in downpipe is possible then a 2.5 in is definitely possible.

I have a fully custom 3 inch DP back exhaust, full ceramic coating. I'll try and get pictures when i get home. Also a custom manifold

You need a NEW FABRICATOR!!....as I said before 2.5" should not be a problem,3" is a lil bit more but totally doable

I know right...stoped by another shop after work today and they said piece of cake all I need now is to find a high flow cat for cheap to pass emissions and I'll get it all done at the same time...around what price should I expect? I don't want to pay more than I should have to lol

My custom DP was $400 including WBO2 sensor fitting and flex and the exhaust was straight back (no cats) for $800.

That's pretty pricey the new shop I'm getting it done at is charging me 200 for the downpipe including welding on a highflow cat....but I have to purchase the cat and the turbo downpipe flange seperate....but mine is smaller at 2.5" so maybe that's where the price diffrence is at

Well I figure that people are paying $300 for Corksport DP's and Pope DP's and to have one made for my exact setup and knowing the fit and finish are perfect plus ceramic coating inside and out I didn't have an issue with the price.
