Custom Cat-Back

Okay guys, im looking for a custom cat-back. I want to know, if i do a dual, would it give me as much power as a single exhaust? Whatever you guys know about exhaust for this car please let me know. I could have gotten the magnaflow for 470 new, shipped. But its 2.5, we get way more power with 3". Please let me know what you guys know, and best muffler to. Thanks

dual exhaust will 1. stay true to the rear bumpers 'chrome exhaust rings' and 2. flow more than a single exhaust obviously. i've done 2.5 test pipe on the second cat and did a 2.5 cat back all custom without mufflers. sounds bad ass and everyone and their grandmas moms best friend love it. cost me so far about 320 with flanges and gaskets. do it fast!

yeah it would. i'd get rid of the 2nd cat that is right before the catback while your getting it done already also. i know w/out mufflers that it'd be loud so hopefully your using a resonator or muffler for 3 inch

i'd say resonator. but only if you do a test pipe at the same time. has a nice deep rumble. people have asked if i have a diesel sometimes lol.

yeah i wouldn't see why not. lol just do it. if its too loud then just have a resonator added in later on.

Yep well 3 inch to the custom Y pipe that is 2.5

it flows the same amount when its all said and done. think of it as flowing from 3" to like 5" kind of.

The saying goes..no exhaust on turbo car is best. If that ain't an option..biggest pipes alwayz winz up-top!

I got my custom done. It is so damn loud without cats. Like if I turn it on at night i bet my everyone that lives around me get pissssed. But hey its bomby. I love it. It was like 340 and it is crazy, I havnt been able to tell if it made a big power difference since my turbo needs to be replaced and I have an exhaust leak before the first cats. But that will be fixed soon. Here is a pic, I love mine bcuz it gives the power and it looks so good. No offense but I saw someone today with the evo and he took the lil metal peice but left the other one on, ugly. Tell me what you guys think
