About 2 hours with a 3" wire sander, then used some dremel bits for the crevices. After that some hand sanding. Going to go at it some more later.

after the new motor goes in no ac/no cruise, new turbo kit is planned!! so think of this as a b4 shot!!

I just spent a couple days redoing my engine cover, I'll have to post up some pics later today when I get it back into the car. I am much happier with the results of it this time. I'll put an older pic up so you can see how bad the older one was
