That maf is probably pretty darn restrictive though. My setup has a cold air intake on the turbo inlet with the maf attached to that. No boost through the maf that way.

It looks like the downpipe would heat the heck out of the cold pipe on the way to the intake mani. Is there some kind of heat shield in there?

Not functional yet but hopefully soon. Need a new downpipe made and a blow off valve welded to the water to air intercooler.

It needs some tweaking but sadly that's how the kit was designed. I will be wrapping the pipes to help with the heat issue. Hopefully that will take care of some of it.

Yeah man, definitely! It should be a good time. It needs a fresh thick coat of wax on the car. Other than that it should be good to go!
