yep. to keep it in place, from moving back and forth and possibly popping off.

its a mental addiction manifold, they are pretty hard to find and u have to pay a pretty penny for them when they come up fore sale, its more of a queston of who will pay more really, and the hot pipe will touch the hot pipe ever so slightly so that bracket holds it away from the manifold.

parts from the legendary Pirana's car that are now on yours..hmmm...optima red top and/or battery tray...battery tray for sure, coolant tank, radiator?, BOV, breather filter on valve cover? maybe intake pipe and oil cap?

The hot pipe touches itself? is that to keep it from playing with itself? lol(rlaugh)

So you are going to do a full wire tuck and remove/move CC, AC, fuse box, etc.?
