crunching on hard left turns

I went driving in Montreal on Friday and they have some NASTY streets there... I have my Illuminas set to 3-4 and it was pretty rough.

It seems that now when i make a FULL (2 turns of the steering wheel) left turn, the wheel rubs against something or something like that... it's this godawful crunching grinding noise.
regular driving is fine
light left turns are fine
hard/full right turns are fine.

What could be the cause of the problem? I'm gonna change my oil tomorrow.. so while i'm at it, i'm gonna see if i can replicate the problem.. but any insight would be great.

Not sure what it is. But it did happen to me once making a hard right. It was like a year ago. But the road was pretty rough too.

Let me know what you find. I got the same thing happening when I make a hard right. I was told that it was the bump stop making the noise.

i just installed the GC coilovers and now when my suspension moves it creaks somethign nasty, stops every once in a while and comes back too.. i hate it (shrug)

Could be axles, not uncommon if it's a clicking that gets louder and changes with acceleration check them if your running stock suspension whells and tire size it's probably not rubbing.

it's not rubbing.. it's not a plastic/rubber grinding noise.. it's really METAL
i don't care if i busted an axles or an endlink.. new axles go in next weekend and i'm about to order the AWR front adjustables endlinks this week.

the suspension is fine, though.. there's a bit of a clunk in both front struts when i go over big bumps.. but that's just cuz it's set too hard for city driving.. it's down to 2-3 now.

checked it... top nut for the endlink came off and the endlink was flopping around... glad i didn't do any hardcore driving this week.
it probably broke or something while in Montreal or Albany.. took some really hard hits.
either way.. replaced with a bad bolt from Canadian tires for $0.57. yay

When im makeing a turn and breaking hard i hear something rub sometimes. I feel it in my brake peddle. I thought it might be my wheel rubbing against my front break or something but i could never really figure it out.

do you have a CAI or SRI? That could be rubbing against your brake master cylinder... or one of your rotors could be warped.
