u know, the hardest part of the install (and the most frustrating) was when i stripped the damn cheap-ass worm clamps that hold the stock pipes when i was reinstalling them.

for now they are holding.
imma wait untill someone here is selling theirs.

lucky! my apartment the wife and i just moved from always threw a s*** fit any time i was working on my car. but now i have my own house with a big ass drive way to work on several cars at once

i have those gloves too... i think they're good. better than using bare hands.

no really, they are.
i had to tighten something by the manifold after about a 40 min drive, and with those gloves it didnt even feel hot.

and a hell of a lot better then rubber gloves.after a few minutes of wearing rubber gloves(providing they don't rip first) you can drian the sweat out of them.
just nasty.

yeah, rubber gloves don't work well. i might use them for an oil change or something where i can just throw the gloves away. plus your hands don't get as sore wearing the mechanix gloves.

if I worked on cars without gloves my hands would be permanently black,and very water resistant.
