CorkSport Rear Torsion Bar

Installed the bar last night, took literally 10 minutes. Very tight tolerancing, I was impressed. Tested it out on my way into work this morning through the twisties.... I noticed a big difference on the one tight 90* turn I usually take at speed (40mph?). The front end didn't push as much as normal, it barely pushed at all! That alone was enough to make the bar worth $100. Fully flogging the car in a controlled environment will take place tomorrow but I'm happy with my purchase so far!

100$ is ja a good price but with shipping and duty, it will be too expensive for me. :-(

Argh... I have my bar but I don't have a hoist or ramps so I haven't gotten it installed yet! I've got my front tower bar in, but I want to get this in! Anyone in my area have a hoist I could borrow for a few minutes? ;-)

Hi,

Advance Auto and Autozone put their ramps on sale every once in a while. Canada Tire?

If you have a table saw or a circular saw, you can always cut and screw a couple ramps together out of 2 x 8's.

Back up to a curb and work in the street?<LOL> You won't really need much clearance to put the Corksport rear bar in. Go for it!
