Corksport Downpipe or cat back exhaust?

IMHO, get the GHL Full Turboback (if u can find one) ORRRRRRRRR get a Turbo Back made from a shop. 3" is a must!!

for a full turbo back from a shop you're talkin some serious labor though.. lot of BS involved in prototyping a 3" DP for these things...

GHL and Ion are the 2 ass kicking exhausts for this car, as mentioned, neither is in production anymore.... theres an ion setup (minus the DP) in the FS section right now... Corksport is a fine exhaust unless you're after like... 350+ whp, but drones a bit on the highway from what I've heard. There are, I believe, 2 custom DP's in the works right now (terbow is in charge of one, I forget the other.. timelines are kinda sketchy), and if you got ahold of one of those, you could piece together your own killer system with the help of an exhaust shop for cheaper than most off the shelf units, and have similar, potentially higher gains... assuming you go to a GOOD exhaust shop.

Yep, I had a GHL full options and I have the ION on my car now :)
Works well catless at 24PSI or catted at 24PSI. I do feel a bit more surge at upper RPM without the cat and it spools a bit earlier with the cat on.
My ION has a test pipe :)

With this guy^^^, i thought about getting just a midpipe for 250 or instead just spend 450 for a full turbo-back from a exhaust shop, it be custom and wont sound like any other MSP!

The only bad thing about a custom job is, you kinda put a lot a faith in the builder to design a good flowing exhaust for you. There is a reason that certain exhausts currently on the market flow better then the others, and that is achieved with Proper R&D. Which you can't get with a custom shop built set-up. With that said I'm sure a Custom job with out flow the stocker especially when increasing to 3"
