Coolant Catch Can

Actually since this is an oil-catch can, it has 2 top connectors, since its purpose is to separate the blown oil from the valve cover ventilation, the bottom I assume is to return the oil back to the engine if wanted. But you will still use both connectors. One will be hooked to the radiator and the other will be your overflow hose, you can leave it open or hook the hose and aim it to the ground (thats what I did).

Oh, forgot. I got some materials from....well can't tell you, but I might be able to do the mod for you guys. I will try to them tonight so I can still send them tomorrow.

Damn Pirana, You are just too good! Fixing us, all up with these great looking catch cans and now doing the mods for us. I want to be the first to say THANKS! What else could someone ask for, Maybe a ride in your car. LOL

omfg.. pirana, you're awesome. you're so awesome, i'll even trade you cars! ok, maybe not.

Ok guys all 6 of you that are paid, this is your shipment. Now dont laugh at the boxes, they came from work and I dont know how you do it DaveB, those packaging peanuts are expensive. Any way, the mod is done also.

Pay attention:
1. The center fitting is the one with the "straw"
2. Tighten all fittings before finish, including the bottom one
3. The hose inside the baggy with the extra fittings, I have no idea whats for!

Ok, all the cans are shipped, you all should receive an email with the tracking number.

This sucked, shipping was more than expected. You live and learn. Oh well. Hopefully you all should get them within 2 days. Check at www.Fedex.com. If you guys got any questions about the install, I will try to get ELEmental to come by my house, and I will do a how-to on P5 with Injen, maybe give you an idea of where to install and how.

Razor, send me your address, so I can send you the little "straw" mod. Same to you ELE

Naw, dont worry guys, it was only $15 overall. For those who know me here in TX, know its not a big deal. I love to do this stuff, specially for my Mazda brothers. I have never felt so much part of a group as with this forum. Ahh, I better stop :)

pirana, you're the man. well, not that man, but you know what i mean. anyway, thanks for everything. you're super!

k, i'm pretty technically inadequate and bad with mechanical things, so i'm probably gonna have to come back here once i get the thing and ask how to do it. if anyone else who got in on this can help me out and save pirana from having to deal with my ignorance, please do so.

pirana... one last thing (until something else comes in my head)... how did you get the stock boot over the auto shifter cover thing? i REALLY like that mod, and i want to do it.
