Contacts & phone images/photos infotainment

Does the infotainment show your contacts image/photo when a call is received or in the contacts? Or just the light grey silhouette of a person icon?

I tried via the USB and Bluetooth, perhaps I'm missing a step.

iPhone 6 with iOS 10. It "imports contacts" upon every startup.

Mine has showed contact pictures acouple times but that's it. I don't know why it worked an why it doesnt 99% of the time. It's very strange. So you're not the only one.

I've never seen a contact's photo - that would be a nice touch. The only time I see any 'photo' or 'image' is when playing Pandora - it will show the album cover. But SiriusXM nothing, and my iPhone play list nothing. Not sure why, but I'd like it if it would.

I have never seen pictures linked to my contacts - just the silhouette. I also disabled my contact import at every startup...maybe that has something to do with it. Either way, doesn't bother me that much...

Mine has always shown contact photos. I get the pleasure of seeing my ex wife every time she sends me a text. Ugh

I had the dealer turn off the photo setting since I'm a single guy and most of my contact photos of women are them nude or topless.
