Considering Buying OBX or Ractive Header

Hey I'm a newb to this site, I just been able to start posting on this site. But I was wondering which was better cuz alot of people r sayin that obx is better than ractive and stuff. I was just wondering which is better cuz im about to buy some new header for my mp3. And i also wanted to know if anyone know if the header is legal here in Richmond, Virginia. Because I read somewhere that it would not pass state inspection in some places.

i have seen the obx in action and is a nice piece. you should get that one, although it eliminates the first cat. as for legality in virginia i don't know. i know in pa it is illegal to modify the catalytic converters unless it is malfunctioning

yea but i heard that the obx has like 3 openins for the sensors n stuff, and the ractive u have the drill the last one, and i wanted to no hows the b&m short shifter is it good? cuz i wanted to buy me one but i dont no whether kartboy, twm, b&m, or this other one that sells for like 50( they say it can get like over 50% shorter throw) so i just waneted to no which one is the best
