Confused, which SIRIUS receiver kit?

I'm looking to install sirius on my 08 GT (w/o nav). I found this dealer but they have 3 options. Obviously i want the cheapest but not sure if that works.

what do they mean by after Jan 2008? Car manufactor? mine was made 12/07 according to sticker on door frame. What changed that makes it 100.00 cheaper then the other option?

Yeah, if there is anything saying "after Jan 2008" that means date of manufacture, which is in fact on that door vin label. No idea what the diff is. I thought 07 and 08 have the same head units.
