2017~2024 confused between Advanced SCBS and SBS

I contacted Mazda Customer Support to get clarification on the SCBS/Advanced SCBS question.
Advanced SCBS is standard on 2019 CX-9 Touring trim and above, 2019 CX-5 Touring trim and above, and 2019 CX-3 Grand Touring. It's also available as a package on the Sport trim on the 2019 CX-9 and 2019 CX-5, and as as a package on Sport & Touring trims on the 2019 CX-3. Anything earlier/other than these has the previous SCBS system.
The reason they gave for it being described in my 2018 owner's manual is that the printed materials are used in different markets.
I didn't ask about Canada....
