After noticing a miss like I have a fouled plug I popped the hood to inspect. There was oil coming out of the IC I have installed on my cold pipe, along with oil all over the motor. I pulled the plugs and sure enough 3 of the 4 have oil on them. There is defiantly too high of an amount or pressure in the crankcase.
I did a compression check and noticed 3 of the 4 cylinders have a pressure or 150-160 PSI, and one cylinder has compression or barely 100.
1 Cylinder

This is what the average reading was for the other 3

My thoughts are maybe a valve or piston seal of some sort, causing pressure in the crankcase. I also recently bought a new PCV valve when I did a tune up this spring.
Here is a picture of the oil on the motor

Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
