I recently had water damage to the factory Sirius receiver in my 2007 CX-7, so I've been looking for a replacement box. The original was part number 0000-81-G01B, but it seems to be discontinued or unavailable everywhere I look.
Is there a different receiver, different part number, that's compatible with the cables that are already in my car? I'd hate to have to rewire everything, which I'd probably end up paying up the wazoo for the shop to do. I also can't use the after-market aux input, because it has to be on SAT in order for the switch to work, and that's spliced into the existing satellite cables. Being a college student, I'd rather listen to AM/FM and CD's for the next few months to save some cash if I can't replace the box myself, but I'm starting to have withdrawals =/
